A Team That Cares

At Touch Brain Counselor, our mission is to help people feel supported, informed, and empowered through compassionate care and education. With clinics located in both Coquitlam & Vancouver, our dedicated team brings both expertise and a gentle touch to every session. Shiva Sherkat, our Clinic Director and Therapist, draws on her deep experience in clinical counselling, trauma-informed therapy, and neurofeedback to create a safe and healing environment. Niki Nourbakhsh, Neurofeedback Specialist and Therapist, guides clients in understanding their brain patterns and building self-regulation skills with warmth and encouragement. Atefeh Ramezanpour, our Therapist Assistant, ensures each client feels comfortable and supported, providing practical assistance and a compassionate presence throughout their journey. Together, the team at Touch Brain Counselor works to educate, inform, and guide each person toward improved well-being, always with care and understanding at the heart of what we do.
